Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

  • You're ready to feel alive in your body again — not just functioning, but truly, deeply alive.

  • You're exhausted from trying everything and still finding yourself back in the same cycles, wondering why nothing sticks.

  • You have a quiet longing for desire and pleasure — or maybe you're not even sure you've ever really felt them at all.

  • You're tired of being so hard on yourself — the inner critic is loud, relentless, and you're ready for it to finally soften.

  • Some part of you is ready to let go and surrender — if only you could find a space safe and held enough to actually do it.

  • You want to feel at ease in your body — but every time you get still, something inside starts screaming for your attention.

  • You want to feel calm and steady — but anxiety lives so close to the surface that even small things send you spinning.

  • You're ready to feel lit up by your life again but you've lost the thread back to yourself.

  • You know you're worthy of love and pleasure — but somewhere deep down there's still a voice that says you have to earn it first.

  • You have a deep desire to heal — you've tried everything — but the heaviness keeps coming back and you're quietly wondering if this is just as good as it gets.

Wherever you are when you arrive is exactly where you’re meant to begin.

The Truth Nobody Tells You

You can do all the right things — the therapy, the journaling, the yoga, the self help books, the meditation apps — and still wake up feeling like something essential is missing.

Not because you're broken. Not because you're not trying hard enough.

But because most healing approaches start in the mind and never make it all the way down into the body. And the body is where everything actually lives.

The heaviness. The numbness. The anxiety that won't quit. The pleasure you can't access. The version of yourself you can feel but can't quite reach.

Talk therapy can name what happened. But it can't always release what the body is still holding. That's not a criticism. It's just the truth of how it works.

It lives in your tissues. Your breath. The way you hold your shoulders. The way you go numb when someone gets too close. The way stillness feels dangerous instead of restful.

You're safe now. You can let go.

That's what somatic breathwork offers. Not another thing to figure out. Not another way to analyze your past. Just breath. Presence. And a container strong enough to finally hold all of you.

Because you were never too much. You were never broken. You simply never had a space safe enough to come all the way home.

Until now.

Here's what our time together looks like

Before you arrive You'll receive a simple guide to help you prepare your space and your body. No experience needed. Just a quiet place to lie down, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

We open together Every session begins with intention. We arrive, we breathe, we ground. You're welcomed exactly as you are — no performance, no pressure. Your nervous system gets the message: this is a safe space. You can soften here.

The breath leads the way Through guided somatic breathwork you'll move from your head into your body. Layers begin to release. Emotions that have been waiting for a safe moment to move — finally move. You are held the entire time by the breath, the music, and the container of the group.

You rest and integrate After the active breath comes stillness. This is where the real magic lands. Insights. Clarity. A feeling of coming home to yourself that's hard to put into words.

We come back together After integration you'll be gently guided back into the space. A simple journal prompt gives you a moment to capture what arose. Then we gather in a small sharing circle — not to analyze or fix, but simply to witness each other. To say I was here. I felt this. I'm not alone in it.

This is often where women say they feel it most — the moment they realize they never had to carry this alone.

You leave differently than you arrived Not fixed. Not finished. But lighter. More present. More YOU.

Hi I'm Jean-Marie

And I'm living proof that feeling alive, free, and at home in your body — even when you don't know if better is possible — is possible.

For most of my life I didn't know what I didn't know.

I had survived things that should have broken me. Addiction. Loss. Trauma. Shame. And I had found a version of okay that felt like enough.

But I couldn't be still. I couldn't be present. Because being present meant sitting with everything I had buried.

I thought that was just who I was.

After years of searching — through recovery, through therapy, through every tool I could find — I discovered something nobody had told me existed. That healing could happen in the body. That the body itself was the doorway.

That's why I created Soul Synergy.

I'm not here as someone who has it all figured out. I'm here as a guide — because the magic was never missing from you. It's been there all along, waiting for a safe enough space to emerge.

I know what it's like to not even know that more was possible. And I hold that door open for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience with breathwork? Not at all. This experience is designed to welcome you exactly where you are. No previous experience needed — just an open mind and a willingness to show up.

Is this safe if I have trauma or anxiety? Yes. This session is facilitated with trauma-informed care at its foundation. We move slowly, gently, and always at your own pace. Your comfort and safety are the priority throughout.

Can I leave if it gets to be too much? Always. You are in complete control of your experience from beginning to end. You can slow down, pause, or step away at any time. There is no pressure to push through anything that doesn't feel right in your body.

What if I cry or get emotional? Good. Emotion is welcome here. Tears, shaking, laughter, sighs — these are signs that something is moving and releasing. Nothing you feel will be too much for this space.

Will I have to share or talk? The sharing circle at the end is always optional. You are welcome to simply listen and receive. There is no pressure to share anything you're not ready for.

What do I need to prepare? You'll receive a simple preparation guide after you register. Essentially — a quiet space to lie down, comfortable clothing, a blanket, and a glass of water nearby.

Will there be a recording? Yes. A recording will be sent to all registered attendees after the session.

How is this different from meditation? Meditation typically works with the thinking mind — observing thoughts and finding stillness. Somatic breathwork works directly with the body — using breath to move stored emotion, release tension, and access states of healing that the thinking mind alone can't reach.

You've Been Waiting Long Enough
